Delivery Information

Subject to us having the goods in stock we will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same working day. We are unable to dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday so orders placed over the weekend will always be processed the following Monday. If any of the goods you have ordered are not immediately available for dispatch then a member of our sales team will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to advise you of a potential delivery date and await your instruction.

Returning Goods 

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair, or give you a refund of the purchase price. For safety reasons this returns policy does not apply to helmets. Once the helmet has been taken off the premesis it cannot be returned for any reason.
